Fully Structured Training Programs
SLEESTRENGTH ONLINE is a rolling membership, consisting of both a unique powerbuilding AND pure bodybuilding workouts every 3 weeks.. Pick which workouts you want to do based on your goals and how you feel. Every 3 week cycle of workouts is part of 12 to 16 week program that is designed to peak the strength, muscle gains, or both of a lifter. The exercise selection, rep schemes, and program structure will change from cycle to cycle, so no two training cycles will be the same.
Custom Designed Load Calculator
Each 3 week training cycle includes a custom designed load calculator which takes all of the guesswork out of load selection for each workout. It provides a prescription of reps, sets, and loads for the workouts. These programmed numbers are challenging enough to stimulate muscle growth and strength gains, but conservative enough that the lifter is able to progress each week and maintain good technique to minimise injury risk.
Video Review and Technique Feedback
Get technical feedback and ask any questions related to the program via email with Coach Lee. Lifting technique is one of the most important training variables that we can control to improve our chances of success on a strength or muscle building program.
Nutrition Recommendations
Included in this program are meal plan examples and a macronutrient calculator to let you know how many calories to eat based on your goals. Although these nutrition guidelines do not contain in-depth instructions, they are a great place to start if you want to get great results on the program but don’t know what you should be eating to support your training.
Video Tutorials
Members will be granted access to an extensive library of video tutorials to provide them instruction on each of the exercises included in the program.
